"I really like this State Farm location everyone is just genuinely nice and they are patient with explaining things as well. I was very happy with Ramia who helped me with my home owners insurance policy in detail and explained everything well, and also followed up on things!! I also had a sewer back up in the basemen and I called them in distress and they walked me through everything and calmed me down. They quickly had an adjuster come out - who once again - did not give me any trouble or haggle about things and I got a check quickly. Also, way back in Superstorm Sandy a branch fell on my car and the adjuster was there the next day with a laptop and set me up with a body shop - paid for!!! I know depending on the promotion running that month you might save a few dollars a month going with a different insurance company who spends more money and time with those annoying Gecko or Ostrich commercials but TRUST ME in an accident or emergency you want people there for you and I can honestly say they were there for me and answered the phone when I called and helped me when I needed it. I’ve heard other people save a couple dollars and then get stranded when they needed help (that’s just my experience and comparing it to what a few of my friends went through with other big names I mentioned above)."
